About your Coach

In 2011, I was diagnosed as OBESE. I had gained over 50 pounds. 

I invested in a personal trainer and lost 2 pounds in 3 months. I let him go! 

I tried everything from personal trainers to extreme diets, starving myself, waist trainers, doing rigorous exercises, detox, and slimming teas, but nothing seemed to work

In 2012, I had a lightbulb moment! I realized that the missing piece was my relationship with food. 

Through intentional choices and focusing on what I ate, I lost a whopping 40 pounds in just six months. 

I have kept my weight off for over 10 years.
