Hey I'm Bbira!

I am a mother of 3 children, a certified Weight Loss & Nutrition Coach.
It was October 2011, just after my second pregnancy, when I was diagnosed as OBESE. I had gained over 50 lbs with baby weight from the first pregnancy.

My doctor looked me straight in my face and said "Something has to change, or I will start you on medication for high blood pressure". That wake-up call hit me like a ton of bricks.

As a working mother, a full-time student, and a soccer mom, I had let myself go amidst the chaos. I tried everything to lose weight – personal trainers, starving myself, rigorous exercises, detoxes, diets, and slimming teas. But nothing seemed to work. I was frustrated and desperate for a solution.

In January 2013 as part of a New Year resolution to get my sexy back, I had a lightbulb moment. I realized that the missing piece was my DIET – not just what I ate, but my relationship with food.

I started intentionally watching what I ate and making healthier choices. The pounds started melting away, and I dropped a whopping 40 pounds in just 6 months.

My pain became my passion. I became an expert at how food impacts our bodies. I know many women like you are desperate to lose weight but investing their time in ineffective methods. That's why I'm here to help.
